Keep on laboring for God, whether you see victory or not; for this
is the patience of the saints.
The purpose of living a godly life is not for the sake of personal
gain nor is it for the sake of the proselytization of the souls of men;
it is simply for the sake of enabling you to walk with God; for this is
the patience of the saints.
There are many who suppose that gain is godliness; but godliness
augmented by the contentment that comes by walking with God is great
gain; for this is the patience of the saints.
When at last we have left this world behind and on streets of gold
we do trod and the hope of glory has been fulfilled; we'll know the
real reason for living a godly life; for this is the patience of the
saints. Amen.
